A couple of things to remember:

1. We live for this stuff, but have families too - customer service daily from 9am-5pm M-F, CST.

2. We don't haggle. We give everyone our BEST price - so don't ask for favors and we won't have to shoot you down. When in doubt see #3.

3. Our prices and availablity are current - they're updated daily here on the site! Also, the site is linked to inventory, so this is also where you need to look for availability.

4. We have 7 people answering the phone full time. If you need to ask us a question. and it's after hours, PLEASE email it. We have 10 people responding to electronic messages. It's much faster and more clear in email anyway.

1. How long is shipping?
   Delivery is 3-5 weeks from purchase. Average delivery is 24 days. We are a small company and if you need us to ship something faster (birthday) let us know and we will try do everything we can to help.

2. Are there any extra fees?
   Yes, if you live in CA, WA, OR or NM, expect to pay $100-150 extra shipping per bike.

3. When do you charge my credit card?
   When you order, we will Authorize your card - warning the credit card company that you are buying something (and make sure you have the money to pay for it). When your order is placed on the truck, we will charge your card and collect the money.

4. Do you ship to (insert ANY city, state)?
   Yes, within continental US only.

5. Is shipping included?
   Yes, in most cases. (See #2 above)

6. Can you ship to my house?
   Yes, there is no additional charge for a residential delivery.

7. Can I pick it up?
   Depends, we only stock some of our inventory here in Dallas, so if your item has the Pick Up icon on it, then you can pick it up here in Dallas. All others must be delivered from the other warehouses.

8. Is it cheaper if I pick it up?
   No, same price - but you get to pick out a killer t-shirt.

9. Is there a warranty?
   Yes, we have a 3 Month warranty. Read more about our warranty for more details.

10. Where can we get parts?
    You can purchase parts directly from us.

11. What assembly is required?
    Straighten out handle bars, install battery, connect battery leads, attach wheels - add gas and go!

12. How can you offer your stuff so much lower than everyone else?
    We work off a very simple model - make just a little bit on thousands of orders.
    We make our profit - you get a great price.

13. How do I make layaway payments?
    Once you have established your layaway account (choose layaway when placing your order), you may return to our site anytime and make additional payments until your purchase is paid in full. To make payments, visit the layaway page and login.

14. I've ordered an ATV to be delivered to my house. Will this delivery be scheduled in advance and will I need to be home at the time of the delivery?
    Our freight company will call you the day before to schedule the delivery with you. Someone will need to be there to sign for the shipment.
