Great news!
After intensive negotiations, there is no longer extra charges for shipping for the northwest states. This means you California, Washington, Oregon, and New Mexico (not technically a northwestern state, but you're okay now too).

Shipping Policy for Wickedrocket.com
It normally takes 3-5 weeks from the time you order your cool stuff for our Wicked Crew to get it to you. Most of it is shipped free of charge (nothing is free; we hide the shipping in the price of the stuff). But of course there are exceptions. Here they are:
- California has some VERY strict rules about what vehicles can come into the state and how they are shipped. Look for the California approved buttons on the info page. If in doubt, call the Wicked Crew. Here comes the bad news for all cool stuff that the post office can’t handle; we have to charge more. Expect to pay additional shipping ($100-$150 average). This is not because we want to; we HAVE to. I guess that’s the price you pay for living in such a cool state. But if you live there, you already know this.
- Washington works pretty much the same as California. Not the emissions stuff, but definitely the shipping. Also expect to pay an additional $100-$150.
- Oregon, you’re in exactly the same boat as Washington-an additional $100-$150 for your cool stuff
- New Mexico, you’re in this mess too. I have no idea why. Sorry about that. I think it sucks too.
- Maine, watch out; we’re getting warnings about shipping rate increases for you. So far nothing, but if you’re thinking about ordering, DO IT NOW.
- And last but not least, the upper peninsula of Michigan. We don’t have an additional charge for yoose guys yet, but we should. Trucks don’t want to go there in the winter. I have no Idea why.
- We only ship in the continental U.S. Sorry about that Alaska and Hawaii. We also NEVER ship out of the U.S. … hence the sentence “continental U.S. only”.
Alright, this is for the rest of the Continental U.S. You’re good to go! We will give you your tracking number as soon as we get it (don’t hold your breath …some companies are still on an all paper system). During Christmas of 2004, we actually received some tracking numbers a week or two after bikes were delivered. We’re diligently working to resolve this type of inefficiency. Most freight companies will call a day before delivery. You do need to be there to receive your cool stuff. Here are some tips to keep in mind to make it easier for you when your bike arrives:
- We always ship in perfect boxes. Therefore there should never be signs of punctures or visible damage to the box.
- If it looks like damage has occurred, REFUSE SHIPMENT. I know you want your cool stuff just as bad as we want to deliver it to you, but it’s easier for us to make a claim for shipping damage if they have to keep the stuff till we work it out.
- If when you receive your stuff and open the box, you find something damaged, don’t panic. We warranty everything to make it 100% right.
Rush Delivery
We now have a next day rush available on most of the cool stuff. If we can rush it, you will see a Rush Icon on the detail page of the item. Here come the rules:
- If you order a rush, we jump you to the front of the line and ship within 2 business days.
- If for some reason your bike does not ship as we promised. We will refund your rush charge. ( We will still ship your stuff rushed)
- If you use a check as payment we will rush your order within 2 business days of your check clearing.
- If you are using layaway and select rush, we will ship it with in 2 business days after your order is paid in full.
- The system is not perfect but it is working. Since you bribed the crew they will bend over backward to get your stuff out of the warehouses and to your door A.S.A.P.
Pick Up Availability
We are allowing personal pick up of your completed order at our Dallas warehouse. Not all inventory is available at the Dallas location, so you will need to look for the Pick Up icon on the detail page of the item. Again with the rules:
- Your order must be paid in full.
- The warehouse does not accept payment of any kind. All payments must be placed online and be confirmed with a final email showing Paid In Full.
- There is no discount for pick up - but you do get a free Tshirt.
- Please indicate the type and size Tshirt you want when scheduling pick up.
- You must schedule a time for Pick Up. We realize that everyone's time is important - so is our's. We will schedule an ETA window with you so we know when to expect your arrival.
- Bring a vehicle that can bump the dock - these things are heavy.
- This system is not perfect either, but it gets the job done.
