Warranty policy for Wickedrocket.com

We warranty everything we sell to be free from manufacturers’ defects (it does what it’s supposed to when you get it).

We go a little further by also giving you a FULL 3 MONTH WARRANTY on parts, with a few exceptions. Here they are:

1. Tires
2. Seat
3. Decals
4. Shocks
5. Batteries
6. Brakes
7. Body panels
8. Anything that is a result of abuse (accident)

If you have a part that needs to be replaced, contact the Wicked Crew and we'll send the part within 7-10 business days. In the rare instance we don't have the part in stock, we'll notify you of the delay and expected time of arrival (it takes parts about 3-5 weeks to come in from China).

If your cool stuff is under warranty, when you let us know you need a part, we pause your warranty until your new part arrives. This extends your warranty by the amount of time it took to get your parts. Its like hitting the pause on your DVD; you don't miss any of the fun while waiting for the cool stuff to come back on.

OK, here comes the legalities that we have to put in...

There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. Wicked Rocket Inc. shall not be responsible for the payment of damages, other than the sums specified in this agreement and limited warranty, for incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury , loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, profits, or income to the customer as a result of a failure of any component or part.

There, whew! That was quite a mouth full. Our cool stuff lasts a lot longer if you do a couple small things to make sure it lasts... Basic Maintenance!

1. Check the tire pressure every time before use
2. Check the functionality of the brakes
3. Walk around your vehicle to make sure nothing is loose or broken
4. Make sure that your fluid levels are correct.
